Organiser's comments:
This event went reasonably well on a dull and chilly day. Attendance was disappointing with only 12 OD club members, 4 from LEI and COBOC, 3 from HOC and 8 others. Not sure why this may be. Perhaps it is the rush hour traffic or the prospect of running through the profusion of nettles at this time of year. There was one EMIT failure. Apologies to Rob Bambrook for this. Fortunately, he recorded his time and has been reinstated.
Thanks go to control collectors Phil May, Bob Brandon, Mike Snell and Sue Hallett. Thanks also to Karin Kirk for assisting with new comers to the sport.
