Organiser's Comments
Thank you to all of you who came to brave a cold but dry Draycote. Areas change remarkably quickly and Mike Hampton kindly came around with me and we did a re-survey. Bruce changed the map to 1:6000, thank you. Draycote is a good area for juniors but all a bit linear for experienced orienteers, but everyone seemed positive about their runs. Control 125, clearing, on the long course was queried but it seemed correct on rechecking. Thank you to Sian and Ali for putting out controls and entries, Karin as ever for fronting the event and Mike, Bob, Dave, John and Sue for helping at the end. Apologies to Liam and Bruce for the brick problems.
