Organiser's Comments
Daventry Country Park in May will be glorious! It wasn’t and felt more like March Gales as the wind buffeted and the rain lashed all who braved the elements. Given the conditions a wonderful total of 34 people entered the three courses available and almost all completed their courses too. Apologies as a first time course setter for transposing 2 control numbers on the Long Course (causing moderate confusion) and with the change in weather conditions 2 controls on the Medium Course were more challenging than when it had been dry (base of steep muddy banks).
