Organiser's Comments
With the previous Sat. morning event having to be cancelled, I was determined that this event would go ahead in spite of the unseasonal snow. Whilst putting out the controls, it did occur to me the easy option would have been to cancel, and whether anyone would turn up. In the end 24 souls braved the conditions, and enjoyed Christmas conditions at Easter!
Apologies for the confusion over the green course description sheets. The descriptions were correct, but the control numbers were all over the place. Well done to all for ignoring them and punching the control shown at the centre of the circle. Also apolgies to Alex. As last finisher, the download failed just before he finished.
Thanks to Karin for again providing a focus for help for the few newcomers that turned up. I hope they enjoyed their orienteering experience and will come again.
