Congratulations to Sheila Carey and Robert Vickers for setting new record times in the W60+ and M70+ categories. And to Andrea Deathridge for beating all of the men (and women). The use of electronic timing worked very well, although as Andrea pointed out - 'you now have to go right up to the gate, instead of glancing at the letters as you run by'. The introduction of orienteering courses provided something for everyone. The event could not happen without my team of helpers - Lin Page; Debbie Morse; Suzanne Humphries; John Middler; Neil Rackham; Alan Segar; Sue Hallett and Michael Hanson-Morris. Not forgetting Bruce Bryant for the map; Alan Halliday at Print 5 for printing the maps and Dave Ellis for access to toilets. Finally thank you all for coming and see you all again, same time next year.

Bob Brandon
