Another good day, with a tremendous turnout thanks to the juniors. It did seem to offer to drizzle at one point, but thankfully the rain never came. Apologies to all for the last minute OOB and course changes. Hopefully it did not detract too much from your enjoyment. This is the last of 3 events I have planned within the last 3 weeks, so once these results are processed I will be able to relax and perhaps concentrate on improving my own orienteering. Special mention needs to be made today of the junior activities and the team of The Emmerson family and Debbie Morse who ran them. It made the day thoroughly enjoyable for those who took part. Perhaps it is worth considering holding a few more of this type of Saturday morning event throughout the summer. Thanks, also to my team of Steve and Barbara Morse without whose help I would have struggled. Finally, thanks to the control collectors John Ward, Alan Segar and the King family.
