It was great to see so many youngsters come and enjoy their runs. Thanks to the many club members who helped at what turned out a very sunny and also fairly busy local event with significant entry on the day. Bruce for excellent map and coordinating event, Mark for permissions, Liz, Thelma, Sue, Karin and Chris for sorting out our many entry on the day competitors from Balsall Common school, Richard for helping to collect controls and take them off me for the event of Coombe, Max for shadowing some enthusiastic juniors who tried a short course after completing their yellow. When collecting I did realise that Max had placed two controls on the wrong trees when putting them out, but as noone reported it, I suppose it didn’t affect your runs too much or wasn't even noticed. Well done if you did notice it!
