Summer Social - War Memorial Park

An opportunity to meet up for an informal run - with a choice of MapRun courses - followed by a location for food, drink and chance for a chat...

Parking: in the main "Park and Ride" car park. ANPR operation with up to 3 hours free (take a ticket on entry & just proceed to the exit if you are under 3 hours).

Courses: Short, Medium and Long

Short:                 3.0km / 25m / 23 controls.
Medium:           4.4km / 35m /30 controls  (2-part map)
Long:                 6.0km / 55m / 37 controls. (2-part map)

Memorail Park SS10: cost for pdf download: £1.50 Payable via Go Orienteering to cover MapRun costs - you will need a Login for Go Orienteering if you don't have one.

Download to MapRun from the usual OD Social Courses folder or use the relevant QR code or MapRunLink from the OD email. The course PIN's are on each map in the pdf file.

Toilets: are located behind the Visitor Centre about 250m from the car park..

Afterwards: At The Park Bistro near the North edge of the map (about 500m from the car park). Menu.
