| Planner's comments. Thankfully the weather stayed bright and sunny, though a bit chilly. Turnout may appear disappointing, but there were a lot of families and mums and dads shadowing the young kids. Hopefully, we may have hooked some future talent for the Junior Squad. One wee chap, who shall remain nameless, enjoyed crossing a stream and scrambling up a muddy bank, so much, that he went back and did it again. Unfortunately, start and finish controls were a bit too close and 2 competitors punched the start control at the end of their run, thereby wiping the splits from the emit brick. Thanks to all those who were there to help especially Bob and Amy who stayed behind to collect controls.
