Cawston Informal MapRun - OD Local League

An Informal MapRun on the Cawston estates in Rugby. Results will not be published (although available through MapRun) but they will count towards the OD Local League.

Re-run on Saturday4th March
Start times: 10:30 - 11:00.

Parking: is on Cawston Grange Drive (towards the N end). Please park on the W side of the road ... If you approach from the nearby roundabout on the A4071 Rugby Western bypass drive past the parking to the next roundabout (~300m) and then return to park on the W side of the road.

Long          6.3km / 50m / 25 controls
Medium    4.8km / 40m / 23 controls
Short          3.1km / 35m / 15 controls  

All courses cross roads so are unsuitable for unaccompanied "Under 16" Juniors

Control descriptions: will be on the map. Loose control descriptions will not be provided but are available here for home printing.

Entry fee: £2 payable on the day with correct cash please.

Toilets: there will be no toilets ...

COVID: Please do not come if you have symptoms of Covid-19, or suspect you may have it.

Safety and Risk:
A risk assessment will have been carried out by the planner, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety. An emergency number for the day is printed on the map. First aid and details of the nearest A&E hospital will be available from the "event" car.
